- On the Class Roster page, the course information is at the top of the page. Click the Detail button to view the Class Details page for the roster.
- To change and work with the view settings for the class roster:
The class roster default view setting shows only the students enrolled in the class.
To change the view setting, under the heading Class Roster Details, select from the Enrollment Status drop-down list to show Enrolled, Dropped, Waiting or All students.
Note:
- The All view option shows enrolled students plus any dropped or waiting students.
- The Dropped and Waiting options only appear in the Enrollment Status drop-down list when there are students who dropped or are on the waiting list for the class.
When the All view setting option is selected from the Enrollment Status drop-down list, in the Name column the Dropped or Waiting status for any student is noted in parentheses following the student's name. The other students are all enrolled in the class.
When the Waiting view setting option is selected from the Enrollment Status drop-down list, a new column appears in the table for Enroll. This allows you to jump to the Enrollment Request page and process an enrollment request for a waiting student.
- To use this feature, click the Enroll button in the Enroll column for any waiting student. The Enrollment Request page opens.
- Copy the class number from the note at the top of the Enrollment Request page.
- You can then proceed with an enrollment request in the usual way, whether you want to enroll the student in the class or change the student's waitlist position for the class. Paste in the copied class number to save the step of looing it up.
