Manage Your Directory Information in SPIRE
Faculty and staff at UMass Amherst use SPIRE to manage their own contact information as it appears in People Finder and in print directories. The Telecommunications department no longer sends annual reminders requesting any changes in directory information. Employees are responsible for keeping their own information current.
To view and update directory information:
- In the left Menu, go to My Personal Information > UMass Directory Info. The UMass Directory Info page will open, listing the directory information on file with the University (e.g., Published Name, Work Address, Email Address, etc.).
- Click the hyperlink to the right of any item that should be updated. Depending on the kind of information contained in the item, the link will direct you either to a page where you can make the changes yourself or to more information about whom to contact to accomplish the update.
