To run your advisee's unofficial transcript in SPIRE:

1. Navigate to your advisee's Student Center.
2. On the Student Center tab:
   • From the other academics... drop-down list, select Transcript: View Unofficial.
   • Click the double arrow icon (). The Advisee Unofficial Transcript page opens.
3. On the Advisee Unofficial Transcript page, the Academic Institution and Report Type fields are already filled in. Click go. The Report Results page opens, showing the unofficial transcript. Note: It may take a few minutes for the transcript process to complete. Please do not press any other buttons or links while processing is taking place.
4. On the Report Results page:
   • To print the transcript report results, see Printing in SPIRE
   • Click Return to return to the Advisee Unofficial Transcript page.
5. On the Advisee Unofficial Transcript page, click Cancel to return to the Student Center tab for your advisee.
6. On the Student Center tab, click the My Advisees tab to return to the View My Advisees/Advisee Roster page.
